I contacted Gary for an urgent delivery from Ross-on-Wye to Devon. Within a few minutes Gary responded professionally and nothing was a problem. 2-hours later the spares arrived on site for repair.

Gary was at the airport with plenty of time to spare before our flight landed. He was waiting for us with a smile and straight away offered to look after our bags while we got coffee for our drive. On the long drive home, Gary was happy to chat if we wanted to and equally understood that we were tired and would also like time to sit quietly and relax. Gary made sure we felt comfortable asking to stop for the loo and more coffee at any point in the journey. At both ends Gary carried our luggage and loaded/unloaded it into the car. The car was extremely clean and Gary’s driving was very safe. All in all a very professional and pleasant service that I would definitely recommend.
Great service and really helped me out of a pickle. I didn’t have a car and found a great deal online at a garage down in Devon. The only problem was – I couldn’t get there and looked at loads of options. Gary was the only person who was able to help me out. Awesome support, professional and helpful.
We used this company for the first time to get my daughter’s back to Worcester. They were happy to oblige, turned up promptly on time and were reasonably priced. All of which are very pleasant surprises for taxi companies in Ross. We will definitely be using GSA taxis again.
I’ve needed to take a taxi to/from work after dislocating my knee and therefore being unable to drive. Gary has been wonderful! The car is spotless, he is friendly, patient (hobbling in/out of the car takes me awhile) and just the right amount of chatty!
